Showing remarkable accuracy in a high wind, the American professional golfers won three foursomes against Australia at the Lakes course to-day Results:— „ T , K. Laffoon and Craig Wood (America) defeated W. Bolger and J D. Spence (Australia), 5 and 4. P. Runyan and H. Cooper (America) defeated Stewart, and V. S. Richardson (Australia), 6 and 5. ' D. Shute and L. Diegel (America) defeated G. Naismith and J. H. Cohen (Australia), 7 and 6. . The Americans, who outclassed their opponents, were rarely off the fairway and covered the pin with their seconds. Laffoon and Wood played dazzling golf. The singles will be played to-mor-row. _______
