Adapted from the novel “X Versus Rex,” the new M-G-M film, coming to the Majestic on Saturday, is set in London, and tells the thrilling story of a duel between Scotland Yard and ■ a maniacal slayer of policemen. Popular Robert Montgomery, as a suave crook, is forced by circumstances to take a hand in the game, and Elizabeth Allan, the London actress plays opposite the star. The cast also features Lewis Stone, Ralph Forbes, Henry Stephenson and Forrester Harvey.

Bing Crosby sings more songs in his latest Paramount picture “We’re Not Dressing,” coming to the Majestic soon, than in any picture in which he has previously appeared. Featured with him in the film are Carole Lombard, George Burns and Gracie Allen.
