NELSON'S APPEAL

HEARING FIXED FOR APRIL 30. DELAY FOR COUNSEL. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, April 10. The hearing by the Full Court of Appeal by the Hon. O. F. Nelson against the decision of the High Court of Samoa sentencing him to imprisonment and banishment is to begin on April 30. The case was originally set down for hearing on April 29, but an adjournment of one day was granted to meet the convenience of counsel. Mr A. H. Johnstone, K.C., of Auckland, has been instructed to act for the Crown, and it was stated on his behalf that he wished to have a little more time to prepare the case.
