CITRUS FRUITS
AUSTRALIAN ORANGES. SUPPLY FOR NORTH ISLAND. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, August 29. The first shipment of Australian fruit to be landed in the North Island since the lifting of the embargo on Australian citrus fruits arrived by the Wanganella from Sydney. The shipment comprised 2000 cases of South Australian oranges and mandarines.
