William. R. Moffitt v. Frank Lee (Waikaia) for £ll 5/-, with costs £2 14/-. Judgment Summons. M. Isabeth proceeded against William Isitt (Gore) on a judgment summons claim for £4 4/6. The judgment debtor was ordered to pay the amount forthwith or in default four days imprisonment in Invercargill. Failing to Stop. For failing to stop at a railway crossing Bert Leonard McVicar was convicted and ordered to pay costs 10/-. Maintenance. For disobedience of a maintenance order to the extent of £8 5/-, Albert Hori Te Mamarau Stewart was convicted and sentenced to 14 days’ imprisonment to be released on payment of the amount owing.
