WORK FOR THE HOUSE. (From Our Parliamentary Reporter). Wellington, October 11. Notice was given in the House of Representatives this afternoon that the Select. Committees will be set up, probably to-morrow. Notice was also given of intention to introduce the following bills: Otago Harbour Board Empowering Bill (Mr Munro), Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Amendment Bill (Mr J. McCombs). The latter bill aims at restoring power for any Conciliation Council dispute to be referred to the Arbitration Court at the request of either party. /
