COMMUNIST PARTY
STRENGTHENING OF DISCIPLINE. (United Press Assn.—Telegraph Copyright.) London, October 9. A new Russian Communist International instruction has been issued to Communist parties of all countries. It says: “Iron Bolshevik discipline in the ranks of the party must be strengthened.” This is specially addressed to the British Labour Party which is described as greatly lagging behind in revolutionary movements and “high intensity” elsewhere. Other instructions include careful concealment of Communist nuclei in factories and military units combined with fearless mass work, mobilization of women and the creation of a chain of Communist schools for educating recruits.
