INVESTIGATION INTO COSTS. (British Official Wireless.) (Rec. 8.5 p.m.) Rugby, March 21. A committee comprising four representatives of the railways and four of the linns engaged in goods and transport by road has been set up with comprehensive terms of reference to investigate the facts relating to the total costs of the highways system, including the regulation of trade, the incidence of those costs, and the contributions of different classes of users of mechanically propelled vehicles. It reports at the end of July.
