Customers’ Ideas Adopted ! MANY IMPROVEMENTS IN OUR STORE SERVICE COMING SOON. HAVE YOU ANY' SUGGESTIONS FOR US ? Since its foundation the Progressive Store has been pledged to a policy of Fair, Square and Liberal dealing—to a policy of progress and achievement. With the end of each business year we renew this pledge and with it comes ambitions for advancement and improvement The wonderful success of this last business year has kindled a determination to make our two Stores even better stores—by strengthening every phase of our services, aiming to excel in every facility that will make shopping a comfort and a pleasure for our customers. Two steps of the first magnitude will be the expansion of our Gore Store and the complete re-organisation of our Invercargill Household Department. The builders have already commenced at Gore and when their work is completed our Eastern District premises will be double their present size. The success of our Household Department proves that Southland women appreciate our sincere efforts to provide Household requirements at lower prices. However, we aspire to greater heights of service, and this Section will be entirely remodelled upon the latest European ideas. Many other important projects that will add to the greater comfort and convenience of our friends will be announced as plans are perfected. Many of these improvements have grown out of suggestions made by customers. A number of very helpful ideas were given us by the Southland ladies who so kindly reported upon our Store a week or two ago. As we want our customers to feel that this is their store we are very gratified when they tell us just how it would please them to have it Have you any suggestions as to how we could improve our Stores or their service?
