CHURCHILL’S CONTRACT

TWELVE NEWSPAPER ARTICLES. REFERENCE IN COMMONS. London, April 13. The Editor of Nash’s magazine confirms the report that Mr Winston Churchill has contracted to write twelve articles. He had raised the question of Mr Baldwin’s ban, but Mr Churchill did not consider that magazine articles came within it, and he was of opinion that the rule applied to newspaper journalists. Questions relating to the Minister’s articles are being raised in the Commons.—Australian Press Association.
