BLUFF NOTES

FOOTBALL MEETING. At a special meeting of the committee of the Bluff Football Club last evening, Mr A. E. Budd presided over a good attendance. A letter was received from the secretary of the Southern Club stating that the Southern team would journey to Bluff on Saturday March 31 to play the local team in a friendly match. It was decided to purchase a new set of goal posts for the grounds, a provision which was deemed necessary as the old set was in a state of delapidation. Several small alterations to the site of the ground and other general matters were diecussed and cleared up before the meeting adjourned.
