MUSSOLINI’S MESSAGE TO NATION. Rome, March 23. Mussolini, in a message on the ninth anniversary of the creation of Fascismo, draws attention to the forthcoming enrolment of 80,000 young Italians. He says: “Thus ye&rly the base of the Pyramid enlarges. Millions of men form the armed guard of the Fascist. Revolution making the movement coincide ever more closely with the nation.”—A. and N.Z.
