“If the best results are to be obtained from herd-testing, it is Imperative that share-milkers should be more keen on their job,” said Mr C. M. Hume at a meeting of dairy factory delegates In Whangarei the other day (reports the Northern Advocate). He stated that there was some share-milk-ers in the Waikato who would not handle a herd unless it was under test, proving, therefore, that they were alive to their own interests.
