WILL INTERPRETATION

RESERVED JUDGMENT DELIVERED. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, July 12. Mr Justice Adams gave reserved judgment to-day in an originating summons to interpret the will of the late Thomas Mollet by which he gave half his estate to a daughter and the other half to his son, Thomas Allez Mollet, now of England, but the son’s share, with the exception of £l5O yearly, was to be withheld during the lifetime of the son’s wife. The son’s wife lived and for 21 years and'some months the son has drawn only £l5O yearly. Early this year on the expiry of 21 years from the death of the testator, the trust was terminated under a Supreme Court judgment based on the English Thelusion Act. The question for the Court was as to the income from the accumulation fund of about £25,000, which had grown owing to the son’s share not having been drawn by him. The Judge found the son was entitled to the income from the accumulations.
