WHO’LL PAY?

DISPUTE SETTLED. New York, September 19. Bernard Beal and Edwin Cave, who lived across the street from each other, returned home in the same taxi-car and stood fighting in the centre of the street, following a dispute as to which of them should pay the taxi-fare. Another motor car, speeding past, killed both of the struggling men.—Sun Special.
