ARCHITECTURAL EXHIBITION. London, September 26. The Royal Institute of British Architects will open on October 19 an exhibition illustrative of architecture of the dominions, with special sections for Australia, New Zealand and others. The exhibition will last six weeks.—A. & N.Z. PALACE BECOMES CABARET. (Rec. 7.40 p.m.) Constantinople, Sept. 27. Abdul Hamid’s palace, the Yildiz Kiosk, has been opened as a municipal casino and dancing rooms, including special jazz and Charleston rooms.
