LORD HALDANE

AN AVOWED PRO-GERMAN. LONDON, December 14. The Daily Mail says that Lord Haldane proudly announces he is still an avowed pro-German. Interviewed by Vorwaerts, he said: “The Germans are a great, tenacious, industrious, and indestructible people. I believe I know them well. In England I pass rightly as a pro-German. My feelings for the German people remain unaltered. I never conceal them.”
