The sittings of the Supreme Court were continued to-day before Mr Justice Hosking. Edith Sharrock was granted a divorce from Herbert J. Sharrock, farmer at Tariki, on the ground of adultery. Ernest Brocklebank, William Brppk|ebank (Stratford) John 11. McNamara (Daunevirke), and Harold 1 J. Smith (Urenui) were granted discharges from bankruptcy, Thomas K. Skinner obtained judgment for £SO against the Phoenix Oil Company for a half year’s royalty under the terms of a lease for a section for oil boring purposes. Decision was reserved in the case of Horne v. Stubbs, a claim for the execution pf a transfer or £IOO damages.
