Ruasell and M. F. Woods (executive in estate of Geo.- W. Woods (deceased), originating summons under Family Protection Act. Wm. Barclay v. Lan H. McGruer, appeal from decision of the Magistrate at Invercargill. Margaret Lee v. Public Trustee (as executor) and four beneficiaries (in estate Thos. Lee, deceased), originating summons under Family Protection Act. E. Russell and another v. Wm. F. Durie and others (in estate of Wm. Durie, deceased, and Jane Harvey, deceased), originating summons for order determining 'what portion of property forms part of the estate and what are the interests of the beneficiaries therein.
