DEMOBILISATION

NEW ZEALANDERS IN BRITAIN. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) LONDON, August 14. Received August 15, 11.40 p.m. Fifty-eight thousand New Zealand troops have already left England for home, and 4400 are still to be repatriated. Of that number 1100 are leaving by September 14, and the balance will leave before the end of October. About 1300 have taken their discharge in England on the guarantee that they have found employment. A few enlisted for service in Russia, which the Headquarters did not encourage.
