CHARGES AGAINST OFFICIALS DISMISSED. (Per United Press Association.) GREYMOUTH, Sept. 29. The Court of Inquiry under the Coal Mines Act found the charges against the Blackball mine officials in regard to the recent double drowning fatality at the Blackball mine not sustained. In the assessors’ opinion a better system of reporting inspections of the mine was desirable.
