In connection with the Peace Information Bureau, established by the United States, it is believed that President Wilson has picked Colonel House to be head of the United States representatives when the time cornea for the world peace conference. Meanwhile Colonel House will collect essential data, and is empowered to go abroad. The Grand Jury at Chicago returned over 150 indictments in connection with I.W.W. activities.
