(Per United Frees Association.) WELLINGTON, August 9. The City Council to-night resolved' to borrow £45,000 to establish a milk supply scheme for the city on the bwt possible con£tux». It was «!«•> resolved that subject to the accessary financial arrangements being to enable the Council to carry out the supply scheme, Mr R. H. Oliver should be appointed to manage the scheme on behalf of the Council.
