IRISH CONVENTION
QUESTIONS OF PROCEDURE. (Australian & N.Z. Cable Assn. & Reuter.) LONDON, August 8. Received August 9, 6.45 pjn. The Press Bureau reports that at the Irish Convention to-day, Sir H. Phinket suggested a method of procedure by which existing schemes for the government of Ireland should be examined and presented to the Convention’s consideration. The Convention decided to appoint a Standing Committee to consult with the Chairman regarding the general procedure.
