Received August 9, 10.35 p.m. The Department of Agriculture estimates the total American wheat this year at 653,000,000 bushels as compared with a yearly average of 806,000,000 bushels between 1911 and 1915. THE NEXT CONTINGENTS, TO GO TO RUSSIA AND ITALY. WASHINGTON, August 9. Received August 9, 10.35 p.m. It was stated in the Senate that the next American troops embarking are going to Russia and Italy.
