SEVEN YEABS' IMPRISONMENT. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. — Copyright. SYDNEY. July 8. R. Lindsay. who committed manslaughter of his wife, has been sentenced to seven years’ imphsonment, Mrs Lindsay in her dying depositions stated that she was ijwakened to find her husband standing over her with a razor in his hand. When arrested Rindsay said that he had shot his wife twice and meant to do tor himself but the, hammer of the revolver jammed. The tragedy occurred at Port Darwin on June 5.
