CONFERENCE CONCLUDED. (Per United Press Association). WELLINGTON. April 10. The conference of boot trade employers and employees representatives concluded to-night. Tim proceedings were not open to the press but it was slated that a unanimous agreement had been arrived at on all points regarding casual or intermittent employment.
