THE PREMIER'S MOVEMENTS. AUCKLAND, April 15. The Premier, accompanied by the Hon. IV. IT. Herries, attended the Farmers' Union picnic at Ruakura to-day. Tomorrow and Friday the Prime Minister will visit several centres in his own electorate of Franklin, and on Saturday will visit Silverdale and Albany. On Monday evening he will leave for Whangarei. on his trip to the North Auckland district. THE SOCIAL DEMOCRATS. WAIMATE. April 15. Mr J. Robertson. M.P. for Otaki. addressed a small but enthusiastic audience to-night o« social democracy. At the conclusion he received a vote of thanks with an expression of confidence in the Social Democrats to represent them in Parliament.
