CHARGE AGAINST HEALTH DEPARTM EXT. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 10. It was resolved to communicate with Hie Public Health Department, expressing the wish of the. Association that in the interests of the public the Order-in-Council should be observed.
