Received August 19, 9.30 p.m. The Daily Telegraph draws attention to the fact that Britain’s prc-Dread-nought ships are rapidly diminishing. The Empire’s naval outlook will darken as the older ships drop off, until we are actually in the position of inferority to Germany in respect to pre-Dreadnoughts.
