DISINFECTANTS—GOOD AND BAD. United Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH. April 3. 1913. The Hospital Board had before it today an interesting letter from its bacteriologist on the subject of disinfectants. Dr Pearson said only one of the fluids submitted was really good; the others were practically useless f.s disinfectants. He had examined four powders and found all poor. He promised to submit a detailed report if asked.
