No. 1. — A regulation made under the authority of Section four, Subdivision one, Part one, of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act, for regulating the height from the ground, atiape, figure, dimensions, and materials of Porticos or Verandahs. No, 2.— A regulation mad» under tho authority of Section fourteen, Subdiviaion three, Part one of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act, for regulating the formation, &c, of Drains to be laid unrler any Footway or Channel. No. 3.— A Regulation made under the authority of Section twenty six, Subdivision four, Part one, cf the thirteenth schedule of the said Act, for regulating the formation, &c, of Crossings across or over Footways and ChannelsNo. 4. — A Regulation made under the au.hority of Section forty five, subdivision nine, Part one, of tho thirteenth schedule of the said Act for appointing the hours during which it shall not be lawful to drive iuto or through the town or any part thereof any cattle intended for sale, slaughter, or shipment, or travelling from one part of New Zealand or of any other oolouy to any other place, -&c,, &c. No, 5,— A Regulation made under tho authority of Section forty six, Subdivision nine, Part one of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act, for appointing the public places in which it shall be lawful to break in any horse or other animal. No. 6.— A Regulation made under the authority of Section one, Subdivision one, Part five of the thirteenth S-'hedule of the said Aot for prohibiting or restraining the use of combustible, materials in the construction, alteration, repair, or renewal of buildings, or chimneys, flu 08 > smoke-vents or stove pipes j for regulating the distance from auy other building at which it shall be lawful to construot any building j for regulating the height, thickness, construction, or muteriais of the party walls of buildings adjoining oaeh other, and of the external walls of buildings and of chimneys, and the materials for and mode of enclosing the same, &3.i &c. No. 7. — A Regulation made under the authority of Section four, Part sis of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act for appointing the times and hours during or at which respectively any registered building or ground shall be used for the purpose for which it is registered or shall be closed, ~No 8. — A Regulation made under the authority of. Section three, Subdivision two, Part seven, of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Aot for prescribing the distance from auy adjoining land or from any building, within which it shall not be lawful to make or keep any stack of hay, corn, straw, or other produce, if not placed under roof or cover, and for prohibiting or restraining the use for such covering of certain inflammable materials. No. 9. — A Regulation made under the authority of Section oue, Subdivison one, Part eight of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act for appointing limits wuhin which it shall not be lawful to keep any swine. No IU.— A Regulation made under the authority ot Si-'ctiou U'o, Subdivision one, Part eight of the thirteenth Schedule of the saii Aot, for appointing hours lor the removal of nightsoil, oftul or other offensive refuse or matter, ami a place for the deposit of the same. No. 11. — A Regulation made under the authority of Section forty eight, Subdivision ono, Part ten of .the thirteenth Schedule of the said Acl, for appointing the several sums to be paid for licenses for hacknej- carriages, ani the rates of lares to be paid for every such carriage ; for regulating the conduct of the owner* and drivers thereof piying within ihe town of lnvercargill in their several employments ; tbe standings of hackney carriages, and the mode in which such carriages are to stand therein, &c, &c. No. 12. — A regulation made under the authority of Section sevimty three, Subdivision two, Part ten of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act, for appointing the several sums to be paid for licenses for cartd ; for appointing the rates and charges, as well for time, distance, or weight, or ail oi any of these, to be paid lor the hire of any licensed cart, &c. No. 13.— A Regulation made under the authority of Section seventy three, Subdivision two, Part ten of the thirteenth Schedule of the said Act, for appointing tne several suuii to be paid for licenses by hawkers or pedlars, &c, &c.
