ST. JOHN AMBULANCE
Under the auspices of St. John Ambulance Association, Sister Moore, who has had four years war work in Egypt, at . the bas§ in England, and transport duty, and possesses the Royal Red Cross, is engaged by the Health Department to lecture on home nursing. She has given several lectures this week. As advertised, the lectures will be extended, as the interest is growing. The lectures should be attended by all women, for one never knows when they may be called on to- nurse some one , and so much depends on knowing just what to do in case of emergency, it may be burns or scalds. Collapse is the subject which Miss Moore will speak on on Friday night, also on infectious cases in your own homes. Sister Moor'e is a fluent speaker, and her subject is explained in a very simple and convincing manner, and you at once feel that you are listening to a woman who has a great heart for the suffering one, and her great desire is to let you know everything that will add to the comfort of the patient. The lectures are quite free. No woman should miss these lectures, which are for women only. The lectures will continue during the coming week, and ladies should make a point of being present. .
