{All correspondence to be dealt with at any ordinary meeting of the Land Board must be received in the Land Office before one o'clock p.m. on the Monday preceding the day of meeting.; No questions affecting titles to land will be dealt with, by the Land Board unless previous notice in writing has been given as above.;
