REVIEW OF REVIEWS
The Review of Reviews for November is of special interest as showing the growth of one of the greatest achievements of Australasian history —the Country Press. When it is remembered that the part such a vast organisation can play may and does affect the formation of a nation’s sentiment, it will be seen that it is one of the most potent forces, moulding the sentiments and destinies of Australasia. The story of its difficulties and successes savours of the romantic. Students of current world history are well catered' for. The Character sketch of Prince Ferdinand of Bulgaria is excellent, and introduces readers to the storm centre of Europe in a way that vastly wider reading cannot do. The digest of the current thought in the world’s magazines is excellently reviewed. Altogether the number is very fine.
