General Produce. —Potatoes, market glutted, no sales, nominally 40s to 50s per ton ; onions 7s to 8s cwt. ; carrots 2s Gd to 4s per bag, turnips Is 6d, wheat 19s ; oats 13s to 15s. Fruit —Oranges 6s to 7s 6d, mandarins 6s to 6s 6d, Seville® ss, pines Ss 6d to 10s, passion fruit 6s Gd to ,7s 6d, lemons 10s, Hobart apples 9s L to 10s 6d, local apples ss.
