BOROUGH OF INVERCARGILL. 'dOXSOLIDATIOX HOAX, £150,000. Issued pursuant to “The Borough of Invercargill Loans Consolidation Act, 1885.” USA EXDEHS are invited up to 4 X p.m. on THURSDAY, 29th 'August, 1907, for the purchase of One Hundred and Thirty One (131) Debentures, lacing portion of the £150,000 Loan authorised as above. The debentures will bear interest at the rate of £4- 10s per £IOO per annum, payable half-yearly, on the Ist day of April and October in ■ each year. The Loan will have a currency of fully 28 years, expiring on the Ist day of April, 1936. Principal and interest may be made payable in London or Invercargill at the option of the holders. Xo tender below par or for less than £IOO will be considered. Tenderers of the highest premiums will have preference, and to tenderers of equal rates debentures will be allotted proportionately to the number applied for. A deposit of £5 per £IOO tendered for must accompany each tender, which will be credited to successful and returned to unsuccessful tenderers. The balance may be paid on Ist October, Ist November, Ist December 1907, or Ist January, 1908. Interest will dale from date of the full sum of each debenture being paid.
