Messrs Henderson and Co. report having sold on account of Mr Paul Barrett, his Longridgc Estate, near Balfour, being Sections 73 to 78, 217, 218, 374, 524, 635 and part of 521, comprising an area of 3310 acres, the purchaser being Mr Colin Gerrard, Winton. A clearing sale of Mr Barrett’s stock and farming implements will follow shortly. On account of Mr John Wilson, Otapiri, his property of 613 acres was sold to Messrs J. T. and Wm. Hazlett, of South Hilleml, and on account of Messrs /\. and T. Pettigrew, sec. 80, New River Hundred, SO acres, to Mr Ronald Shaw, of Forest Hill.
