NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Invercargill (being the “Local Authority” under “The Dog Registration Act, 1880”) has fixed the Dog Registration fee for the current year, which commenced on the Ist day of January, 1907, at Ten Shillings Sterling for each dog - kept or owned in the said Borough, and has appointed the Municipal Offices, Ta.y street, as the place where such fee shall be paid. Owners of unregistered dogs are liable to Police Court Proceedings: and a fine of Five Pounds sterling, and it is hereby notified that such proceedings will be taken without further notice against all owners of dogs not registered.
