On the Ist and 2nd January, instead of the usual Morning and Evening Trains on the Timaru and Oamaru section, there will bo Through Morning and Evening Trains from Timaru to Onmaiu and Oamaru to Timaru, the Morning Trains from Timaru and Oamaru both starting at 7.40 a.m., and the Evening Trains running one hour later than time table times. ~ The Morning Trains on Waimate branch will run 10 minutes later, and the Evening Trains one hour later than time table times. On the same dales the Evening Train Timaru to Fairlie Creek will run 1 hour 10 minutes later than time table times. There will be a Morning Train from Ashburton to Timaru, starting at 7.10 a.m,, due from Rangitata 8.25, and running from Orari to Timaru at the times of the ordinary Morning Train. The Evening Train Timaru to Orari will start at 5.30 p.m., and run through to Ashburton. For full particulars of these alterations, see to-day's Evening Mail. By Order.
