There they should be seen by a fair proportion of landseekers.

We invite those who have properties to sell to avail themselves of those issues, by advertising in a bold way. They get the benefit of local publicity in the ordinary way; the Southern publicity is a free extra.
As a special inducement we will take property advertisements for, those issues at the usual rates, but gini three issues for the price of two. This will not be done for advertisements umder two inches double column.
Special reading matter about the district will accompany these advertisements.

Even where a property owner does not get a sale he may have sown seed that will germinate to his profit later on.
It is good business to make the district better known. There must be substantial pocket benefits in time.
