War precautions regulation for the suppression of Sian Fein and other disloyal movements against the Empire have been gazetted, and contains very stringent provisions. It prohibits' ail written or vocal advocacy, displaying of any flags, badges and symbols of any conn try with which the King is at war or of any body of association who_ are disaffected in the Empire or cf the Societv or movement known as Sinn Fein. '
