Baines in evidence said Roe requested him to take charge of Trevanion. Witness asked for £IOOO per annum. Nothing was mentioned about his living with Trovanion at his flat or becoming his guaxdian. Rice told wituess she would xnako it liot for Roe, whom she disliked.
