Mr Holman has abandoned his proposed trip to London.
Received December 11,'9 a.m. Melbourne, December 11. The House rejected by 36 to 33, the revised distribution of seats for New {South Wales. It passed the Bill embodying a constitutional amendment {empowering the Federal Parliament to nationalise monopolies.
