The Morning Post advocates a teaching Colonial University in London, on the lines of the German Colonial schools, where lectures on Colonial administration, law, geography, politics, commerce and resources would be delivered. It suggests the Imperial aud Colonial Institutes co-operating in this object. Mr Sidney Low, lecturing at the British Academy, advocated similarly, and suggested that the Government of the Dominions contribute part of the initial cost.
