MENTAL DEFICIENCY BILL.

A remarkable appeal has been made to Government stating that failure to pass the Mental Bill will be nothing short of a national calamity. The appeal is signed by the Archbishop of Canterbury, Sir Archibald Geikie, Sir Thomas Albert, Sir William Osier, Karl Person and many well-known men and women.
