It enacts that the City Conncil shall control buildings to 100 feet, but over that the Fire Brigade Commissioners report to the Chief Secretary. Received November 29, 1 p.m. Sydney, November 39. In the Assembly the Sydney Corporation Amendment Bill allowing the Council to enter the fish trade was ruled out of order, because it amended the Real Property Act.
