STOCK SALES. Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., report ;on their Johnsonville sale as followsA good entry of prime bullocks and sheep .came forward and sold readily at late rates. Extra prime heavy bullocks made £l3 7s 6d, prime heavy bullocks £lO 12a 6d to £ll 2s 6d, prime bullocks £1(1 to £lO 2s 6d, lighter £9 15s, vealers 22s to 245, prime heavy woolly' wethers 27s 9d, medium wethers 255-9 d, 9d, plain 20s 6d, medium woolly ewes 23s sd, plain ewes 19s, extra prime heavy shorn ewes 19s 2d, good shorn ewes 17s 5d to 18s 6d, primelambs 15s Id to 15s 9d, medium 13s 6d to 14s. ' Messrs Abraham & Williams, Ltd., report on Hunterville sale, held on Tuesday:—We had small yardings of sheep and cattle, which sold at the following rates: —Shorn hoggets 12s 2d, mixed sheep 14s 6d, yearling heifers £2 7s 6d to £3 3s, forward cows £4 10s, bull 275, 15months steers £3 7s (5d to £3 12s 6d. At Taihape on Wednesday we had good yardings of sheep and cattle. Three was a good demand and we have to report a successful, sale at the following prices:—Sheep, woolly ewe hoggets 19s lOd, aged ewes and lambs all counted 8s 6d. Cattle, yearling heifers £3 11s 6d s , £3 8s 6d to £3 lls v 6d small do. £3 7s 2 year P. A. heifers £4 10s, cows and calves £4 18s, fat cows £7 10s, springing heifers £4 15s, £5 17e 6d, cows to £5, yearling stores £3 Is, 20 months do, £3 10s to £3. 18s, 3 year do. £5 15s to £6, bulls £3 6s to £5 Is.
