United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received March 18, 9.50 a.m. Melbourne, March 17, On St. Patrick’s Day a banquet was given to Lord Dudley. In referring to his term of office in Ireland, Lord Dudley said he was convinced that the great majority of people in Ireland were at heart as loyal as any other people in the King’s Dominions.
