Germany Should Climb Down.
ENEMY PAPER’S ADVICE. London, April 26. The “Daily Chronicle’s” correspondent at Amsterdam states that the “Vorwaerts,” in an article, insists that Germany must strive towards a lasting peace by abandoning her ideas of annexation and indemnities. It is noteworthy that Herr von Bethmann Hollweg often uses the “Vorwaerts” to forward his ideas, therefore it is possible that this article indicates, if vaguely, that Germany is inclined to climb down further,
